The Long Island Consultation Center can be called 24 hours per day by telephone (718) 896- 3400 for information and appointments.

Open-hours span 13 hours during weekdays and 9 hours on Saturday

Monday -Friday    9 AM -10:00 PM
Saturday               9AM-6PM

During open-hours a request for information or appointment will be responded to with dispatch by anyone of several office staff, and/or a paraprofessional staff member.  A request left on the off-hours telephone-recording machine will be responded to the following day.

Emergency problems experienced by patients in on-going therapy are responded to immediately via telephone by "on-call" duty senior clinical staff on a 24 hour basis.
